These steps: “I’m pardoning all prior federal offenses of straightforward marijuana possession”; “I’m calling on governors to pardon easy state marijuana possession offenses”; and “I’m asking @SecBecerra and the Legal professional Normal to provoke the method of reviewing how marijuana is scheduled beneath federal legislation.”
This isn’t decriminalization but, nevertheless it’s transferring towards it.
